Dwiedar Backup Terms of Use

Authorized use

Dwiedar Backup is an internal company utility, not a public sign-up service. Only authorized Dwiedar Marketing personnel may connect accounts, initiate backups, restore files, or change backup settings.

Operator responsibilities

• Use only company-authorized accounts and data sources.
• Protect OAuth tokens, encryption passwords, and recovery materials. Never enter them into public forms or support chats.
• Verify that the intended files may lawfully be backed up, including where client or patient confidentiality obligations apply.
• Test recovery procedures periodically and review backup integrity before relying on a repository.

Service limitations

Backup success and recovery depend on storage availability, valid authorization, encryption credentials, compatible tools, and an intact repository. Initial synthetic tests do not guarantee disaster recovery or imply that all company data is already protected.

Deletion and revocation

An account owner may revoke Google authorization and remove the corresponding backup files. A recovery password should be retained securely for as long as encrypted backups are intended to remain recoverable.
